調整ダイヤルは飾りのようです。外して軸を手で回すと数字は変わりますが電流等の条件に反映されてなさそうです。たぶん最大電流。TIGはφ2.4の電極が６０A設定で1秒と持ちませんでした。手棒は少し間使えましたが、故障してしまったようです。
