I seriously couldn't stop eating these things to the point where I didn't think the kids were gonna get any of them lol. They remind me of those trolli candies. The flavor is so very much strawberry. I mean, undeniably strawberry to the point where as soon as you open the bag, it smells exactly like strawberry. And that's exactly what you're looking for with something made from all natural ingredients and actually fruit juice.Surprisingly, and it's a pleasant surprise, they melt in hot chocolate, so if you. want to do cooking or baking with these and have them perform like typical marshmallows, you won't be Disappointed. Very soft and they remain soft even once outside the bag for quite a decent amount of time and considering how sweet they taste, the sugar content is lower than I expected it to be, and that's nice as well, because I eat half the bag. So soft yummy in the tummy goodness that's not bad for your health.

Stop buying any other kind of marshmallows and GET THESE RIGHT NOW. I’ve been vegan for over 4 years, and these are the most glorious thing I’ve ever had. They’re fluffy, sweet, delicious, and made with no boiled animals?!?! My daughter said they taste better than regular marshmallows. Yes, they’re a little expensive, but trust me, they’re WORTH IT. You get quite a few in the bag too. I’m having to hide these from myself or I’d eat them all in one sitting… yes, they’re THAT good.

These marshmallows are the best. The taste is lovely, and the texture is super fluffy and soft. I usually get Dandies, but so far I like these much better! I’ve only tried the strawberry flavor so far, and if the other flavors aren’t like this one I’ll update my review. I didn’t experience any chalkiness like some reviews mentioned.Update: I have tried EACH of the flavors and they are all super delicious and have the best airy fluffy texture. The price is definitely worth the product.

Texture and squishy-ness were great. However, the vanilla marshmallows tasted so horrible that anyone who started eating one did not finish. Tasted as though there was also rum flavoring in it. The strawberry marshmallows have a fresh strawberry taste that’s good, but they are wet, covered with drops of some kind of liquid. Package was sealed, so nothing could have entered from the outside. Because of the wetness and the possibility of some kind of bacterial contamination, I’m throwing the rest away. I cannot recommend them. If not for the yummy strawberry taste and good squishy texture, this would have zero stars.

These are much more like an actual marshmallow (by which I mean made from a mallow plant) than the gelatin-based store-bought ones. The texture is a little more solid and heavier than you might be used to, and there is a (very) slight aftertaste that is unusual, but not bad. I like the shape, as well -- they actually look as if each one was dropped from a nozzle. They taste very good, and melt nicely in the mouth. The only thing I found a tiny bit annoying was that they say to keep them in the fridge, and I think they're better at room temperature. However, this is just a quibble. They are a little pricy, as well, so I might think twice before giving them to the kids to make smores with, but if you want a more "adult" version of a marshmallow that really tastes good for a fancy dessert (or just to eat out of hand) you can't go wrong with these.

These marshmallows tasted great. I was surprised by how close the texture was to traditional marshmallows made with gelatin. Without seeing the package, I wouldn’t know they were vegan, I would just assume they were artisanal because the shape looks a bit more hand made. The texture is light and fluffy and they also toast nicely. They are everything I could want from a vegan marshmallow. Unique flavors and I can’t wait to try them all. The strawberry was excellent.

I bought the Lemon marshmallows. Light, soft, fluffy texture, but no lemon flavor. I would not buy them again.

These are a great alternative to the other kind of marshmallows. They taste great!
