Peak design kills it again with another bag for my collection. I bought this bag to traverse airports (keeps boarding passes and passports handy) and then as my every day carry in Thailand. In the hotter countries I like my pockets empty, and this was the best bag for the job and a perfect size to hold my wallet, phone, and random extras.The secret back pocket to hold my phone and keep it accessible was the absolute best feature and will keep me using this bag.

The phone pocket is too small for an iPhone 13 Pro Max in a case. The first time I tried to put my phone in there (diagonally, as in the instructions), the seams of this pocket cracked.The magnet in this pocket is useless because it is not able to hold the pocket (But if it is too strong, it will call into question credit cards or mechanical watches.). There will be a lot of water there when it rains.The phone falls out of the pocket freely.

I wanted to love this, but the zipper is super annoying. It opens on the wrong side if you carry it over your right shoulder (it opens from the “bottom,” so your stuff starts to fall out before you get in it). Adding a second zipper so you can open from either side would fix the issue. The “triangular” shape (much narrower on the bottom) limits the storage options. The stitching on the stretchy mesh isn’t the best, it started to fray after one day. It could maybe use a couple more loops on the outside (bottom, or strap) for attachment points. The back slip pocket just fits an iPhone pro in a case, but the magnet doesn’t “shut” with a phone in it. I like the lightweight fabric it’s made from, and that the strap has a wide range of length options that are size-inclusive.
