This cabinet comes in a cardboard box and inside you’ll find all of the pieces needed to complete the build. This does come flat packed, so will need to be assembled but everything is included, even a little screwdriver and Allen Key which is all that is needed. I do recommend using your own cross slot screwdriver though as it is easier to tighten up the screws more than using the one provided.The wood has a nice finish to it with a white coloured finish. The white finish isn’t perfect, but it gives it a “painted at home” look when up close, which can’t be noticed with a little bit of distance. The instructions are easy enough to follow but it doesn't hold your hand and explain everything, it just needs a little common sense at times, but it is really easy to build. All of the screws and tools needed are inside a long plastic pouch and they are lettered so you know which type of screw or dowel you need from the instruction manual.Once built, it is very sturdy and feels like it can take a lot of weight. The drawers move smoothly on the sliders and when they are nearly closed, they pull themselves closed which I thought was a nice feature. The gold handles stand out from the contrasting white and gives it a touch of elegance. The front of the drawers has a lovely, scalloped finish to them which also stands out from the main cabinet. I’m really impressed with this as it was easy to build and looks nice once built. There was also spare screws and other bits and bobs so there are spares in the pack if you lose any. I feel the price is very slightly high but there seems to be a 40% off voucher on Amazon which brings it down to a very respectable £47.99 which is definitely worth it.

The item arrived very well packed, in a manner that would protect it from anything other than a drop onto sometime hard and sharp. All parts are identified by a stick-on number, and the instructions were as clear as any you find elsewhere.Assembly was very straightforward and logical, and all parts being very accurately made, everything fitted together perfectly.The edging on the top piece had been knocked slightly on one side, leaving a small dent. As this is iron on however, pressing it with a low temperature iron was enough to flatten it out and re-stick securely too.As for quality, my one complaint is that the unit is not particularly solid, despite the weight. Placing a hand on the top and pushing from side to side produces a noticeable movement, due mainly to the fact that the back panel isn't attached to the top, bottom and sides at all. If you never intend to take it all apart again, this could be fixed by running some PVA glue into the groove around the back panel.Value for money - very poor even with the current 15% discount. This is a price I might expect to pay for a solid, fully assembled unit, but not for do-it-yourself flatpack!

This chest of drawers comes flat packed so requires self assembly. This is really easy and is simply just screwing together. The bedside table feels fairly sturdy and looks really nice too.

This is a good bedside cabinet that is sturdy and good quality, with a generous amount of space once built. To do this took me roughly 90 minutes whilst watching something in the background so it didn’t have my complete focus and was relatively easy to do so.At 38cm depth it has a good amount of space in each drawer to hold a variety of items and at around 14 KG feels solid and weighty even when empty. The drawers feels smooth to open and close, although they did arrive with a few nicks which was disappointing to see for something of its price.Regarding value, the RRP is on the higher for something of its overall quality that I would usually be happy to recommend. However, with the current voucher discount as well as the very steep current promo code this helps bring it much more inline with what I would expect.

This Lyncohome Bedside Cabinet with 2 Drawers arrives flat packed. There are multiple steps which you follow by an instruction booklet. The instructions are clear and easy to follow along with all parts numbered or with letters. The screws all come in a long strip (although separated) which I don't really like. Once you have cut the bags open I find I lose which part goes with with letter. This is the only downside of this flat pack - but I notice a few flat packs are doing this.Once put together this is a large, study and heavy bedside cabinet. The wood looks nice but you can tell it's just MDF. All the drawers run smoothly and there are no gaps around the cabinet.Overall this ends up being a nice piece of furniture. Expensive at £80 at the time of this review so take advantage of the coupons when available.Recommended.

Arrives flat packed in a box and it is pretty weighty so be warned if you need to carry it up stairs or anything.The instructions were clear and concise and all the fixings and tools are included to assemble the unit. I did it on my own without issue so can easily be assembled solo. And it is a nice size, the drawers are decent too, and offer usable storage not like some tiny bedside tables to can get.Its a good design and functional, and looks pretty classy next to my bed.
