The stitching and seams are excellent. The outer cover material seems very resilient and should live up to its leakproof claim better than most. What really stands out is the inside, which has a soft cloth feel bonded to the waterproof outer layer—something I haven’t seen in covers at this price point. While the material isn't absorbent, it should allow your skin to breathe a bit, reducing the sweating often experienced with cheaper covers. For regular use, I believe this is worth the extra cost.

I ordered a medium according to the sizing chart. For normal briefs, I have men’s small, so I figure this dual-gendered product should be a medium. Well, that was kind of right. The leg holes and waste actually fit ok, but the rest of it is giant - tons of extra material and extremely baggy. I understand it’s meant to go over a diaper of some sort, but you could fit two layers of diapers under this. Yet the leg holes are pretty tight already, couldn’t go any smaller. The outer fabric is a soft plastic, and the inner lining has a thin, cottony feel. The material is actually good and thin, it’s just way too baggy for its sizing.
