Oh my goodness I didn’t realize how badly I needed one of these back braces until I actually purchased one.I work from home so I am constantly slouching at my desk and being heavy chested, it has really started to affect my back and my posture. I’ve been suffering from mid and lower back pain because of this so decided to give this a try. I wear it for a few hours at my desk and then while I’m walking around afterwards and this has given me SO MUCH RELIEF!! I haven’t had to take any pain medication at all since I started wearing it!I added a video because when I first purchased this, the brace itself fit and it’s super adjustable but i thought the shoulders were a bit loose. I found out they are also adjustable, you just have to tighten the smaller strips!I ordered the large and it fits great but I think I could have gotten away with the medium. My waist measures 37” so if you’re smaller than that, go down a size. If I loose anymore weight I will have to do the same. There was a little sticker on it that stated if you ordered the wrong size, reach out and they would send you the correct one for free! This company definitely stands by their products. 10/10 would recommend! Your back will thank you :)

I have been using this product for the last week and I see a difference already as I take it off and do not lean forward like I used to! It is so lightweight and very undetectable under my clothing so it hides really well which was a huge plus for me as I was hesitant on getting this for that reason! It fits great and adjusts if needed. Loving it so far. Great product & I recommend it if suffering from poor posture!
