These chairs are well made, comfortable and attractive to look at.Good value, nicely packed and easy to assemble.

it is a lovely chair and very comfortable. Would have preferred a different colour but not keen on the other colours apart from the one I have. Main complaint was that it was very difficult to assemble as the holes did not align with the holes and the instructions were like Double Dutch..took ages and was very frustrating!!Apart from gripe,chair looks good is comfortable and good qualityVery large box and struggled to get through the front door! Driver had a job too but helped!

Lovely, comfortable, good quality chair. I did have some problems with delivery but after 2 or 3 phone calls got it sorted. However my main complaint was the amount of assembly required, other chairs I looked at only required the base attaching to the chair, this required a lot more assembly and the spanner supplied was the wrong size. Maybe it's me but for almost £500 I would like to receive a fully assembled chair.

Top quality leather chair. Looks great, fashionable, very comfortable. Comes in pieces but is easy to assemble just fit the back and arms onto the seat and the footstool padding onto the base. I did it alone in under 20 minutes with very little effort and no swearing (unlike flatpacks).

The first one a seat bracket snapped and a new seat cushion was sent out, then a new chair was delivered and made up in my home. There was a gap down one side so a engineer was sent to see if he could adjust the seat I wasn’t happy but he said that’s how they are it’s to do with tolerances I’ll report your not happy end of. On the plus side the company tried to rectify my concerns I’m just disappointed. Would I buy another no chance.

The product arrived within 5 days of ordering with excellent packaging. No written instructions for assembling but diagrams were quite easy to follow. Screw fixtures a little squeaky at first but are now settling in nicely. My husband is very pleased with his Xmas present.

I find the chair very comfortable. But, one of the three bolt fixings associated with one or the arm rests was out of alignment; to the extent I was forced to elongate the fixing hole by several mm. This may have been a 1 off fault, I cannot say. Fortunately I had both the tools and access to a workshop; and with the aid of a file, elongated the hole. Obviously the manufacturer did not carry out a pre assembly test, which is not good. Had I been unable to effect a repair, I would have needed to return the chair. Otherwise, I'm happy with the purchase; and the import wholesaler was particularly helpful.
