A powerful book about the science and art of fasting. She also gives recipes for all the types of fasts. I learnt that women should lean into their hormones and not fight them. Definitely something we need to teach our daughters.

Must read book for women
This book is easily one of my best reads this year. Such an eye-opener! I urge every women to get a hold of this gem

A MUST BUY FOR EVERY WOMAN!
I didn't know I needed this book, until I came across Dr. Mindy! I read it pretty much in one go. Need to read again, to understand it on a deeper level.It is a reference book for lifetime and answers mosy pressing issues that have never been answered before. I enjoyed reading it and have been trying to apply the principles in my life. Needless to say, I feel weight loss is quite doable and easy to explain to myself and also others. The whole idea about how hormones affect our physiology is rarely taught to people who don't take medical courses in university. A book like this, is a boon for us! Thank you so much for such a wonderful book!

Great information on fasting!! Good print and quality
Liked her talks, so bought the book. I was apprehensive seeing the comments the print quality is bad etc. and there is no return option. Anyway, took a chance. The book is in great condition and good.print. I am happy I took a chance.

Great book, very informative
Dr. Mindy has put all her knowledge, and her heart in the book. I follow all her videos , and the info shared by her is a eye opener. The book is very well written, has lots and lots of information and knowledge. Worth reading if you are a fasting fan, especially women

Want to feel better? READ this book!
I’m so happy with this book! I bought her book after watching one of her videos, read it in two weeks and now I’m on day 10 of the 30 day reset that is outlined in this book. Excellent information for any woman to apply to her daily life. This book is geared towards women who want to feel better, lose weight, and perhaps heal health issues and works on a keto-geared lifestyle with attention to our hormonal cycle. The information was so helpful to me, and as a nurse it was a great refresher in the science of how hormones work. I’ve already lost nearly 7 pounds in 10 days from applying the info of fasting, low sugar meals and exercise. I have been struggling for the last 15 years with constant weight gain despite working out at least 3 times a week with regular walking, running, and skiing and it just wasn’t working. I needed to change what I ate, and fast (pun totally intended). Fasting has provided me with a clear head, and a feeling of increased productivity. I am not looking back, only forwards and feel so energetic. Honestly, there were a couple of rough days but I stuck it through. You have to expect the body to cleanse itself during the first time of fasting and with that comes some symptoms. I have tried the ketogenic diet before, approximately 4 years ago and i lost 20 pounds in a couple of months but regained it back plus more because I didn’t know how and when to properly fast. It’s difficult to think about where I could be now, had I had this book THEN! Missed knowledge then, but now that I have it today I am happy and no more struggling. I will come back in a couple of months and update.

If you are a woman please read it.
If you are a woman you have to read this book.Even if you are a woman that has no problem with weight and does not want to fast.Actually it should be a must read for a girl when she gets her period so she can understand what woman’s hormones are and mostly importantly that we don’t abuse our body just because we don’t have knowledge about it.I found Dr Mindy on YouTube not because I have weight problems but because of my perimenopausal symptoms that started at the age of 38.I always ate healthy but I had no idea about my hormones not even when I went through two pregnancies. Seriously I can’t even believe that I gave birth to two kids and I had no idea of my hormones.In this book everything about our hormones and monthly fluctuations of them is explained so well and straightforward and the book is a great source of knowledge for other aspects of woman’s health as well.It explains in debt why women sometimes can’t lose weight, why we gain weight in our perimenopausal years, it talks about infertility, PCOS, missing periods etc.So as you can see from my comment it is not only a book about fasting even though fasting part is explained so well, it is a book that will help you feel better no matter if you are 15, 40 or 70 years old.If you are a woman please read it.

This book is supported with science and research and explains you how food timing and fasting can support hormonal health, healing, detox, weight loss and mental clarity for women. Highly recommended.
