Really sharp, cuts well

Only used once but a great asset to the kitchen

We bought the first one in a rush 36 years ago. Moving home for the first time we realised we had packed all the kitchen equipment and needing a knife to prepare our 'last supper', I dashed out and bought this without much thought. Its been a good general purpose knife ever since. Good for carving game and fowl and through to large melons and bread. Not so good on the roast meats but no knife can do everything. Lost its sharpness over the last few years but I forgive it. When I was looking for a replacement and came across the exact same knife at a reasonable price it was a no brainer really to buy it again. Thanks Taylors.

As good quality knives are expensive, bought this,am very happy with its quality, especially meat.

Very well made, comfortable in the hand and razor sharp.All in all an excellent carving knife.

Ive bought sharp knives before and there never been any good this is pretty sharp
