I haven't been this excited to receive something from Amazon in a long time. I live on the east coast and my son and I travel quite a bit for his tournaments and just in general. We live very close to Maryland and we're in the city very often, but I love the fact that these cards have given us new things to do there that we hadn't known about before. And it indicates the best time of year to visit certain places. We are so excited to head over to Maryland again all due to this new addition to our trip.

I got these cards to find fun ideas that we could do on a date night or with our family. The cards come in a nice box and are really nicely constructed. The set also comes with a scratcher which is nice because the cards have a large amount of space that needs to be scratched off. The cities are in alphabetical order. This is a neighboring state for us - while we have traveled here quite a bit, we wanted to explore some off the beaten path areas and this set helped us to find new spots. Looking forward to more adventures.

Love the idea of this and the surprise element with the scratch-off panels. The cards are nicely designed, but the price is kind of high, especially considering many of the activities require additional costs (transportation, entry fees, paying for a service). This makes a great gift for a couple who have just moved to a new state or potentially a family with kids old enough for hiking/walking activities.

While I was surprised initially at the price of this product, as from the outside people may not assume it costs as much as it did, once opened it opened a whole new world of adventure with 50 “mystery” trips with Maryland—the state I chose. Each card has icon symbols at the bottom to kind of give you an idea of how much it may cost, whether its indoors or outdoors, the pace whether relaxed or not, and other key clues such as item of year or weather. This is helpful in deciding whether you want to select that card or choose another before scratching off the coating to reveal the mystery activity. Once you scratch off the coating it reveals a QR code which you scan to reveal more details about this adventure. I feel that it makes a really nice gift. Sometimes people can live in a state and may not even be aware of all it has to offer. This would be fun for an individual, a couple, a family with kids, or even retired folks who like to get out and explore. Everything inside is very well done and presented in a fun a novel way. It feels very well researched. I think it is a wonderful product, just wish it was priced a bit lower.

The Maryland Adventure Bucket List is a box of cards with different activities on them, The activities are hidden until you scratch them off but you do get clues such as when and what the price will be.I did notice when unpacking them they did have a strong odor, I'm hoping it dissipates now that it is open. It also came with this small green disc to scratch off the cards, but there really isn't anywhere in the packaging for it.Looks like a good variety of activities from all over the state, not just downtown Baltimore. Can't wait to go see more of the state.
