Buy this!
I've spent so much buying other well known, more expensive brands to try and strengthen my nails. None have worked until I came across Essie. I bought the duo kit. It's taken a few weeks but I have nails that don't constantly split, rip or flake. Love the Polish (you can also get tinted) and the cuticle oil smells lovely

Works exactly as it says.
After continuously having gel polish for a long period of time, my nails were very damaged and weak. Using the essie strengthener regularly has brought my nails back to a beautiful and shiny condition and using the cuticle oil means I have no jagged cuticles or hang nails.Clean off and reapply every 7-10 days to keep nails looking at their best.

Good value for money
Great products definitely good value for money. Cuticle oil smells amazing

Helps nails to grow but flakes off easily
Does make my nails stronger when it’s fully on. Also helps them grow faster - they look much longer within a couple of days.However, it flakes off really easily and extra layers hardly dry causing textured nails. It doesn’t work as an undercoat and all nail varnish on top just peels straight off or never dries. Good if you want to have bare looking nails and want them to feel strong when it’s on and grow fast but would stay they feel strong without it on after even after continued use.Also if you use the cuticle oil which I think does nothing - it gradually turns the nail hardener yellow.

Quick and good quality
First time ever doing a French manicure, really impressed with the results! Quick and easy to apply (right hand onto left a lot easier obviously but with a bit of practice the other hand will be just as good). I put the pink layer on first, really thin and easy to apply. It's a lovely soft/transparent shade so would go with any skin type. White suitably thicker and applied easily for a novice such as myself. I finished with a clear transparent gel effect topcoat (Rimmel), looks great. Have paid for French manicures in the past (inc. shellac), this looks just as professional. Will keep practicing until perfect!

Bargain!
Got this for an absolute bargain price! Excellent essie quality as usual excellent Durability there is no color in the base coat/strengthener it's clear and the oil is the best part! Sinks in and not sticky at all
