Works as intended, easy to set up without reading manual. It's great that it has 3 different spectra, which are easy to toggle.Suggested improvement: make the setting of light color for alarm clock purposes independent of the general setting. For example, I might use white light in the evening for work, but forget to switch it back to the yellow light for the simulation of morning light. So, in the morning, it wakes me up with white light, if I forget to set it back to yellow.

かなりの照度で二度寝をせずスッキリ起きれるようになった残念なのが、角度を調整する部分が外れやすいところ

タイマー機能でゆっくりと明るくなる。目覚まし時計やスマホのアラームと違って音で無理に叩き起こされるような感じが無くなり快適。

薄くて壁かけできるしusb-cで給電できるのも地味にうれしい。

I bought a different unit at the same price point and it is much much brighter than this one. Avoid.
