Heavy, solid, and incredibly beautiful, these bookends are perfect for highlighting my collector’s editions of J.R.R. Tolkien books. The detail and the finish are perfect. Their subtle deep blue highlighting over the coal black edges gives an understated yet eye-catching iridescent (almost uv) accent that is not so apparent in the photo. For their striking looks, they are underpriced. I will buy another pair and store them safely as possible replacements as I would be devastated if one was broken someday and they were no longer available. These bookends would make wonderful gifts, too. They look best in a somewhat prominent place with a decent level of light because they absorb a lot of light.

First set I received was broken but had no problem sending back and getting a replacement. Size is really nice and the details on the dragon is truly amazing. The detail is so nice that, that alone could make them display pieces. Saw the exact same dragons at a local store but the price was quite a bit higher. Looked around at different websites but all the prices were higher. Was thrilled that I found these on Amazon and at a MUCH BETTER PRICE then anywhere else!!! Thank you for having these. You truly made my day with this dragon bookend set. I know if you choose to buy these you will be as impressed as I am. I did the research so you don't have to. My dragons arrived well packaged in styrofoam. I recommend opening the package outdoors as the styrofoam is solid but crumbly, which can be messy. The dragons themselves were in plastic bags, but I still needed to blow some styrofoam crumbs off them before bringing them inside. What can I say, they are gorgeous purple, blue, and black dragon bookends. I got these to hold up my J. R. R. Tolkien and George R. R. Martin collections. They are a perfect fit. As someone else mentioned, one of my bookends was not exactly 90 degrees. With a bit of a rearrangement of the books, you can't even tell. I can't fully express how pleased I am with this purchase.

These books ends are very heavy and will hold up an entire row of books, with no problem. Some bookends are hollow or very light weight which makes them little more than a decoration. These have been excellent. I would highly recommend these for anyone who needs a heavy set of bookends, especially for fantasy readers out there who enjoy dragons.

The dragon bookends are superior in every way. The crafting is excellent, showing intricate detail like scales, fangs, and the flairings on the top of the head. There was a lot of thought into the how the colors enhanced the sculpture. Everyone tells me how beautiful they are. Since I write fantasy/paranormal suspense/modern day sci fi, I love the power of the dragon and even just seeing the head and part of the neck gives me everything I'd want in a dragon.

If your fantasy books aren't enough to make people think you're weird, these will definitely get the point across. They are pretty heavy and look great.

These bookends are stunning! If you love mystical flying serpents, these resin dragons will make your day. The blue shade is beautiful and the overall features of the dragons are magnificent. They arrived well packaged and protected. I would suggest, however, that shipping boxes be marked FRAGILE so that the shipping handlers/clerks can take extra care to not drop or handle an item roughly.I strongly recommend these bookends!

I wanted something with dragons to sit on my desk as a Games of Thrones fan. I first saw the bookends on a online virtual garage sale post and thought they were beautiful but I wasn’t convinced on the price. I thought to look for the bookends on Amazon and I found them! The dragons are beautiful with nice details and color. The bookends are a good weight and I can’t wait to place them on my desk at work.
