Great Pump
I purchased this to create a dripping system for my chameleon. I have the pump submerged in a plastic container positioned on the ground and it pumps water very efficiently up to the top of my 4ft vivarium where I have engineered a dripper; the water is captured and fed back down into the water container at the bottom.I have to close off the dripper quite a bit so as to create a constant dripping effect. The pump is more than powerful enough for the job and I am sure I could have it feeding a couple of dripping systems without any problems. I have the pump on a timer and runs for a few hours each day and has been working for a few months without any problems whatsoever.Great little pump and equally great value. Recommended.

Needed fixing but works great when it does work
Arrived quickly however doesn't work. It turns on and makes lots of noise but doing it's only job it fails at. Does not move water at all.UPDATE:I took it apart and fixed it. Turns out the motor was jammed and the plastic cover of the DC Jack plug was too large to give a decent contact to the plug I had. Works really well now and runs very quiet. Only issue I have is that it isn't self priming but for the price I'd buy again.

Good value for the price
Small but quite powerful for its size and low price. You get exactly what it says in the description. I am putting it into a small fish tank my other having burnt out after giving long service. It is robustly built and seems good value and I am very pleased with it .

Product burnt out under normal conditions in less than 10 minutes. Do not buy.

Do not buy it.
Randomly stops working and need to plug out and plug in and works again. Been very noisy under a month.
