Q: I bought this but my sky q router doesnt connect to the Internet. The phone works fine, does this not work for sky fibre?

How have you wired it? So what terminals do you connect to at the source end? Note you need to connect to the raw incoming DSL connection at the source. At the filter end connect to pints L2 and L5.

Is this the first socket connecting to the line coming into the building, if so you need the NTE5 Master Socket instead, however your telecoms provider is responsible for the first socket. The ADSL VDSL Splitter Filter is only used for extensions from the first socket.

Q: How do i wire thia item? instructions i have found online all refer to 1-6 but this item has a different numbering sequence. do you have wiring instructions

L2 & L5 - Unfiltered input direct from BT with both VDSL and phone signals. Also feeds further extensions with VDSL function. Note: There is no connection for an incoming ‘Ring’ signal. The Filtered Faceplate re-generates this signal as it has PBX- master capability. F2 & F5 - Filtered outputs for connection to pins 2&5 of ‘downstream’ – ‘phone-only’ extension sockets. F3 or F4 - Filtered ring signal, only for ‘downstream’, ‘phone-only’ sockets.
