I was very excited to receive this trolley system. It came in earlier than expected. Immediately installed. Took a little expected effort to get installed. The instructions were vague drawing and almost entirely in Chinese.By the time it was installed, had to make some adjustments and the Allen head of the bolt was bored out. How was it possible for a bolts head to be bored out right away? Then another on the j cup handle. It was already not fitting my very standard Olympic barbell. Had to use cardboard as a spacer and still didn’t work. Multiple bolts became bored out after proper tightening, not over tightening. Both bolts of thesame j cup handle became bored out and was stuck on my barbell. I had to get a grinder and cut the damn thing off! Luckily, I didn’t harm my barbell.Just a heads up, this is a great concept. Execution just isn’t there yet for this product. It seems like other had a great experience from the comments, but unfortunately, not for me. I packed it all back up and sent it back. All the bored out bolts, cut j cup hooks, and all.It’s a shame I can’t give a lower rating than one star.I’m so disappointed. But it was cheap, and you pay for it in quality.How can multiple bolt heads bore out so quickly and while properly tightening???

I bought these a few weeks ago and and they've worked well on my Fray rack. 3x3 posts.. it was a little tricky getting them installed but nothing more than I expected. They do free up a little over time and use. Would definitely buy again.

The cylindrical rollers were uneven due to a bump at the joint line, so the glider would compress when it moved, slightly locking the machine on my rack. Shame because the rest of the parts seemed really sturdy and the idea behind this is great.
