Lovely product
Came exactly how described and looks very healthy. Sadly a couple of branches were broken but as soon as I pointed this out to Amazon customer services I was offered a replacement. Because it was minor I suggested partial refund, which they did. The tree looks very healthy, I would buy again and recommend. It's always a risk buying plants online but this is a purchase I am very happy with.A few months on now and the tree has grown in size and now starting to flower. Perfect addition to the garden.

Worth the wait
Ordered in May, looked a bit sparse so contacted seller who apologised and arranged for a partial refund. 2+ months later it looks fantastic- full and healthy. Very pleased - thank you.
