This product contains the newest and most potent form of NMN, plus other NAD boosters, NR, Niacinamide, quercetin and resveratrol, all powerful agents to slow the aging process. unsure if I am supposed to be feeling anything at all. I have been taking these as directed and consistently for the duration. I have not experienced uplift in energy and anything of such. They are easy to swallow, and simple to take. Perhaps I am not really feeling the change, but maybe it is there.. I don't know.
