No issues with this product looks elegant

I got it on a great deal as a previously returned item. It looks great as an update for my rental house. Just beware that it doesn’t come with the drain piece and it doesn’t support the common stick drain piece to push the drain up and down. I bought a pop up drain separately online afterwards. I’m happy with it and would buy again.

Would give it seven stars if I could! I have six apartments,six bathroom faucets, six reasons to love this faucet. So easy to install. No tools (hand screw-on on faucet side) needed to install mostly. Supply lines included. Seems sturdy by weight. Looks great. Price is right. I won't dread the next phone call for a bathroom faucet replacement.

This is a waterfall type of faucet that was recently installed in our new laundry room upstairs. It’s really cool and has a sweet way of releasing water into the sink. It’s really neat and looks great. I really love this faucet.

This faucet was easy to install. I had to attach the hot and cold supply lines to the faucet before installation, and I would recommend adding a dab of silicone lubricant to the o-rings before screwing into the faucet. The o-rings did not come with any lubrication. After the supply lines were in place, I screwed the mounting ring into the bottom of the faucet, then put the large rubber o-ring in place, and set the faucet into the hole in the countertop. And then I screwed the mounting nut to the ring, tightened it by hand, and attached the supply lines to the shut-off valves. And that was all, the faucet was installed and ready to use. (I did not use the drain that was included with this faucet) The black finish on this faucet is smooth and easy to wipe and keep clean. If I don't wipe it dry, it does show water spots over time. The waterfall spout looks and performs well, but I did have to use my shut-off valves as a flow control because the stream coming out of the faucet was just too strong at normal household pressure. But with a little trial and error, I was able to adjust the flow to a comfortable rate.
