We take 6.5 g or more of xilitol everyday to prevent cavities and this brand is really good. Each mint is 1g which makes it quite easy to consume the right amount. The flavour is good and the delivery always really fast. I wish they had discounts when you buy more than 5 or something similar.

Not sure if worth the money, simple sweet mints, good to know they are sugar free.

I love the flavour and they are a delightful size. Nice pack of five so long lasting. Although the bags are quite small there are still 20 mints in each bag so don't be put off. Perfect for your handbag or early morning breath mints.

The packs that contained mints, were really good.Although, I didn't like the fact that they also make us buy the fruity lozenges, named "mints".There is nothing minty in them and they should either change the name, or the recipe and make them more minty+fruity.

These mints are advertised as keto friendly which they are not due to them containing dextrin. I bought some because in the description it didn't mention dextrin, however once they arrived I read the ingredients and dextrin is there. Dextrin pushes your blood sugar levels up, so eating them would push you out of ketosis.

They taste Ok but I had a lingering after taste which I didn't like. For the quantity I feel it a bit pricey.

I like these sugar free mints. Good for diabetics who like candy.
