Exactly as I recall it from my childhood
Loved it as a product, but if these suppliers wish to sell it seriously, then they need to look at their pricing again - someone clearly told them that chai latte is being sold at a silly price by Starbucks - and theirs is a comparable standard, so they can price it much higher than they would in India. Not bad stand alone advice. This is indeed comparable, but we supply the extra milk ourselves.But those ordering it for the home want it as a day to day drink...... they are looking for an equivalent of a posh tea bag - the comparator should be the chai which is sold by Twinings - £3 instead of the £8 - for many more bags. I leave it to their head of export.Sorry for the lecture - if you want to know about the product quality - it is superb. Loved every expensive cup of it.

Overpriced and tastes like rubbish. Forms a layer on top.
This is not what I expected at all! The masala separates and forms a layer on top, it doesn’t even taste as it should. Much rather royal chai or unik chai than this!
