Ronson lighter
Dear sir or Madam.I purchased this lighter in January 2021. Since buying the lighter I have returned it on three occasions for the same complaint. With no on going remedy to fixing it properly. It has spent more time being fixed then me using it for an £80 lighter I think it’s a poor standard of selling there product through your systemSince the last time it broke I just put it in the draw and left it there as I was fed up with it costing me money to keep sending it back for at least a month before it fails again

Broke in less that a year
I bought ronson as i was tired of replacing light. It broke within 12 months - the return process was so complex I went elsewhere.
