Help me to have a quality posture

It serves its purpose. It could be 10 dollars cheaper.

I have a herniated disc in my neck and need to put this on every day to keep proper neck alignment. I am usually a size XL and found that these run a little small so make sure it fits properly. The tightening is done using velcro straps that you pull on, to pin your shoulders back a little. If you get it too small the middle section will run up towards your chest and make it very uncomfortable so get your correct size.

This brace is very similar to the one I have been wearing for 11 years, but much easier to put on and take off. I have scoliosis and it does help quite a bit.

If you have a little belly the side band are gonna make you look like poorly stuffed sausage, because those band are to small for anybody how is not skinny

If your back and or neck is really out of alignment this item will help you get everything going in the right direction. Don't wear it all day and not even every day. Just enough that your muscles will remember how to function correctly. The only problem I see with this or any support that fastens around the hips and waist is that it rises as you move therefore you must frequently re-adjust to keep it in place and operating as it should.

Just what I needed to give me some needed support. I'm 64, and need some help while getting things done around the house. I have neck, back and hip issues. This brace helps my back quite allot.
