Initial issue with clasp was very quickly rectified and customer service was excellent.
I ordered this several weeks before Christmas. It arrived and one of the clasps did not lock. I was very unhappy that it was not perfect as it was a Christmas present. I emailed the company and got excellent customer service. They sent out a replacement and paid the return postage and packing. They were apologetic for the damage and could not have been more helpful. They sent the replacement out before I had returned mine in order for it to definitely arrive before Christmas. The person I gave it to was very happy with the manicure set so many thanks!
