I have been having SI joint problems and lots of pain for some time. It got worse recently and I usually use a microwaveable gel pad - but these are not always heated evenly and go cold quite quickly. Also I was going away for a few days and wouldn't be abl;e to heat my pad anywhere so I tried these heat packs.They do take a little while to heat up once applied, possibly because they react to air and when I put it on my back (stuck to my underclothes and not directly next to my skin) they get limited air. But heat they do! They really help alleviate my back pain and have helped keep me toasty as I walk my dog (the source of the pain).The pack says to not wear when sleeping and this is probably because they can get much hotter if they are pressed - such as when lying on your back, but I addanother layer of clothing or turn on my side.The heat pack has lasted up to about 14 hours so far - particularly if the last few hours are sleeping on it.

I was slightly sceptical after reading some reviews about the level of warmth this would provide, but glad I gave it a go. Sticks easily to a singlet/vest top and provided a good level of consistent heat throughout the day. Warmed up quite quickly and was surprisingly hotter than I expected. Definitely helped to ease the back pain.

I wanted something to protect my chest from cold coz really prone to get cold every single time I go out in winter, luckily I got introduced to the body warmers and now I don’t need to layer up a lot for my chest. The warmth last for a long time.One mistake I did when I used in the first time was that I sticked it to my clothing only after getting out in very harsh cold weather and then I found it not working. But I gave it another try the second time when i used it I sticked it and waited for like 10- 15 minutes for it to get warm and I head outside. So the second time it actually worked well and kept my chest warm.And it’s super easy to stick and super helpful.

Even though I followed all of the instructions for using the heat pads, they burnt my skin through my clothes. They do work for pain relief and the heat lasts a long time. But extra care is needed.

Great value for money and easy to use.My granddaughter uses these as she gets really bad back pain with her period.

I bought those heat pads to use in the rare event where it would be so cold that my clothes or my kids clothes wouldn't be enough for the weather despite good preparation, and it was quite scary to see that when I finally did need them, they were basically useless.The first issue that you will almost instantly notice, is that they stick extremely poorly to the clothes. This is particularly frustrating if you move at all, like walking around or even going from standing to sitting, as they will lose their grip even more and will quickly fall off. This just makes them barely usable.Then the other issue is that they are barely warm, this is not at all enough to compensate any loss of body heat and you will be left freezing as if you didn't have any body warmer.

Good product easy to use, seems to ease my back pain. They do get warm so putting them one close fitting clothing is the best option. They seem to last a long time which is good. Not the cheapest but they work well.
