Easy to swallow, does the job intended, makes me poop more regularly and solidly. The bottle recommends you take 2 capsules per day but Ive been taking 4 ... 2 with a main meal twice a day, and getting no undesired effects. Bought these instead of my usual start of the year colon cleanse capsules. These are definitely gentler with no abdominal cramps/pains and they provide me with a better consistency of poop, rather than an exploding mess.

Highly recommended, the best psyllium husk capsules and organic! They are very good for IBS. I take one capsule at night and this is all I need.They're expensive but I consider they are value for money as other brands are not as effective. Do try them. I hope you will be pleasantly surprised. I cannot believe how they have changed things for the better, a real and sustained improvement!

After reading such good reviews about this product I decided to give them a try.I am so desperate as I have major bowel problems. After 5 years visiting an excellent Consultant and having test after test he explain I have a serious Bowel and Gut disorder and I needed a number of operations.I have been admitted as an Emergency 3 times due to blockages.But all they did was a few more tests and lots of different laxatives and strong painkillers.However after many years of suffering I was told he is not prepared to do any Surgery as due to my complicated medical historyand the fact I have deteriorated he felt the risk would be too high. When reading reviews of this Product I found many positive results who have similar problems as mine At present I am taking four a day but as yet I have had no relief.I would be happy if anyone can enlighten me as I have tried every thing possible and still struggling. I will continue with these for a while I maybe lucky if I use them longer

Well packaged and delivered quickly. Only been on them a few days but already noticed a difference. Help me to become more regular. Took them alongside a bifidum probiotic. Much better in only a few days. Tried other fibers such as inulin but didn't help me

To be honest, I have IBS so my stomach has it's moments. I wanted to used psyllium husk to increase my daily fibre as I was advised it helps with IBS and digestion. I tried these several times but unfortunately they always end up giving me stomach cramps for little while. I tried taking them with food, after food or before food but nothing I tried seemed to work.Due to my IBS it might just be me and my body that really does not like the pills hence, they did not work for me at all. But again, that might just be me, they might work perfectly fine with you. So if you have a delicate flower as a stomach, maybe try to increase your fibre another way.

Have been using these for two years now and have completely renovated my guts! They thought I had IBD or cancer, after taking two of these every day after dinner my stomach really settled and healed. I no longer suffer with cramping and urgency. Highly recommend to anyone with loose stools or cramps.
