Setting up the machine was easy enough and so I cleaned the carpet of my staircase; all 13 steps and my carpet looks much cleaner, with frequent refills of water with carpet wash solution, the settings are for various options of cleaning, i used the high temp clean...and yet to finish carpet cleaning my hallway landing.A great compact cleaning machine with a sturdy handle to carry around, a press button that reels the plug and lead so as to avoid any damage. I'm giving four stars for i have yet to use it as frequently, it would then have been a five star..

This machine has exceeded my expectations. Firstly it does the job, both as a conventional carpet cleaner, using cleaning fluids, and also particularly well when the steam function is used. This minimises the amount of wetness in the carpetSecondly the design is compact and well thought through. The machine appears well made with good quality plastics that fit together well.This is a high -tech machine that may not suit everyone, it has a voice indication of the selected function and care is needed when pressing the control. So far the sensors and electronics are working well, it will be important to follow the self cleaning instructions and empty the tanks at the end of use
