99.97% Efficient HEPA Filter for Air Scrubbers & Negative Air Machines, Wood Frame (NC Filtration, 16" x 16" x 11-1/2")

As pictured the unit came with a massive warp that could only be a result of shoddy manufacturing. Very disappointed

Arrived as advertised. Fits perfectly into the cardboard box from u-haul for moving electronics.

This filter has a big job to perform and therefore ‘minor’ mfg defects are very important. Ratings I reviewed prior to purchase suggested I needed to be observant and cautious. My first delivery had obvious defects that had to have been mfg/assembly problems. I requested a replacement and received it several days later. The replacement unit appears to be perfect and I am moving forward on my project.

The fins have holes in them from the manufacturer. This was not damaged in shipping, if it was the foil fins would be bent and they are not.

It arrived with lots of bent metal and parts of the inner lining were torn.

My first review never posted so here is a 2nd review! They have a few in stock and ready to ship. No wait time for custom build like most other manufacturers. The Filter was Packaged very well and shipped with zero damage and delivered faster than expected. There were no reviews on this product so I checked out the companies website before making a purchase. They seemed legit and I took a chance on this NC HEPA Filter. I have to say I'm Pleasantly surprised with the build and quality. Perfect for a DIY 2ftx2ft Laminar Flow Hood. I also added a MERV 8 Pre-filter.

I got the 6” deep NC filtration filter. The aluminum was in good shape and packed well but there are two tears in the folds of the filter. It creates a turbulent flow in those places. I gingerly taped it up with paper micropore tape but I don’t see that as a long term solution.

First one arrived torn. Shipping handling issues. They replaced promptly no charge. And new filter is perfect!
