I am the caregiver for my elderly dad and due to health issues, he needs to sit on donut pillows like this one. Others we have had aren't nearly as soft, with round openings that are too small and cushions that are too hard and stiff. This pillow, however, has memory foam and is soft and comfortable for my dad to use, and the adjustable opening in the center takes pressure off where needed. He currently uses this pillow when sitting on the couch, but he also uses it in his wheelchair and in the car too, and it's easy to transport. However, because it's working so well and has been a gamechanger in terms of alleviating pain, I probably will purchase additional pillows like this so that we can just keep one in every room of the house and in our vehicles too, ensuring we will never be without it.

I've been using this pad on my rocking chair, because the cushion for it has worn out. It was making it very uncomfortable for me to sit in it , until I started using this memory foam pad. It does a great job of supporting & cushioning the bottom, without irritating the tailbone. It immediately bounces back when you stand up. It's super soft and squishy, but it doesn't make you hot, which is a huge bonus for me! The size is accurate to the description and it functions exactly as the manufacturer claims. I definitely recommend this product to other shoppers!

I chose to review the doughnut as I had broken my tailbone and sitting is excruciating. I was so happy to get it! I've been using it for almost a week now and it's way better than sitting without one, however, the pillow seems to be losing it's strength. I weigh around 180. I'm glad to have it but I don't know how much longer it will stay puffy.
