Snoring is such a difficult problem to deal with. SnoreQuest has a number of options to mitigate it without getting into costly and cumbersome surgery or cpap machines. Mouth piece was helping and also trying tongue surpressor.

Good product, however there is no room for error. I follow instructions but allowed the mouth piece to stay in the hot water about 10 seconds longer than recommended and I did not get a good form. I blame myself for the mess up but I am convince if I followed the instructions to the "T" I would have been fully satisfied. I gave a three star but I would do things different next time and evaluate the product in a more fair manner.

I bought this for my husband, because my ears are suffering from wearing ear plugs to muffle his snoring, and I didn't want to resort to forcing him to use a CPAP (which would have also been too noisy for me) for his obvious sleep apnea. I have to say I am pretty pleased with the SnoreQuiet results so far. The instructions say to use hot water for molding it to his mouth, and apparently our hotpot water (190 degrees) wasn't quite hot enough. However, after several days, it still seemed to adjust to his mouth. He hasn't complained about drooling like some other reviews, and I have noticed him still managing to snore a few times., But I am finally able to sleep without ear plugs, and have stopped worrying about his breathing. So I'd definitely recommend SnoreQuiet if you're looking for some snoring relief.

I needed a mouth guard anyway. Getting one made by a Dentist was much more costly. If it helped with the apnea, even better. Making the mold was pretty simple. Be sure to stick to the recommended times. Apparently pretty easy to get the plastic too soft. Pretty comfortable once molded. I got used to it pretty fast and now don't mind it in my mouth. Not for everybody, but worth the cost to find out.

This product is very reasonably priced compared to the much higher prices I found for the same device. Once you follow the directions, heating it in hot water for 30 seconds and then fitting it to your upper and lower jaw, it serves to slightly bring your lower jaw forward and your mouth closed while you sleep, forcing you to breath through your nostrils. At first, your mouth seems to think you've gone to bed chewing on a large gummy bear because it swamps it with saliva. Put a towel on your pillow until you get used to it! (And avoid eating gummy bears while using this device.

Finally I can sleep through the night without bothering my husband. I tried sleep apnea matching and it didn't work for me at all. The one my sleep specialist wanted me to purchase was over $900. My Dr told me to check this one out and it is awesome. For the first time in years I am waking up refreshed and ready for the day.

My husband says that he is really sleeping well since I got my SnoreQuiet Mouth piece. It takes couple of days to get used to it, but it does seem to work. Your instructions could have a bit more detail and you could include a little info on how this works. I think that would make it easier for people to use the mouth piece.

This was easy to fit with good directions. The first night I couldn’t keep it in my mouth but by consistently trying each night I have no problem. I do make sure to have chapstick on my lips. It seems to work. I can’t hear myself snoring but I can now sleep on my back so it has to be helping.
