Great idea, flawed execution.
Purchased this device for a home office. Not a lot on the market like it, and I really liked the idea. Since installing though I’ve had nothing but problems.People on the other end still hearing me when muted (fortunately just coughs)Frequent pickups where it’s not routed through the speaker, but suddenly through the phone itself.Terrible sound quality on the other end with a lot of feedback and echo. Have to spend most conference calls muted.Damn shame, I really want to like it.

Very poor speakerphone sound quality
I had to return this because the speakerphone sound quality is awful. Overall the quality of the device is low and I feel it is over priced.

Nice purchase to combine tech/mobile/landline!
Well made and worth every dime but sometimes a fade happens on occasion when speaking and a word may need to be repeated but still worth it!

UpdateUnit promptly replaced and working fine since.Excellent customer service.Speaker mic and call quality not top notch but that maybe because I am using the instrument in India which has a slightly different power source (Hz)01-September update.The customer service of this company is exemplary. No sooner had I posted the review I was contacted by them and they have promised to send me a replacement unit ( without even waiting for me to return the earlier one back)Nice to see such customer service in today's times. 2 extra stars for that.Will update my review once I recieve the replacement unit.Initial review :The speakerphone wasn't clear to the person on the other side (caller)Also had a few issues connecting to the iPhone 6 Plus.Wish it would work as expected. Was really looking forward to a desk phone solution.

The device does well what it was designed to do. There is a bit of confusion because the lack of understanding that this device is more than just a microphone and a speaker. But it is not. IT IS JUST A MICROPHONE AND A SPEAKER that looks like a regular phone and connects BLUETOOTH to your cell phone. Very useful, if you have that understanding. A bit overprice for what it is.

If you disconnect from the Blue tooth it takes forever ...
If you disconnect from the Blue tooth it takes forever to reconnect. The person on the other side of the phone hears an echo. I was contacted and the issue was taken care of.

Good product, once it's set up.
There were some teething issues with the initial connection and set up, but once that is worked out it works like a charm.
