Excellent product: makes my mountainbike ride more enjoyable, and is durable
Highest Recommendation: I am an avid mountainbiker, but with age, my body needs more cushioning. This seat replaced the "racing" seat I had for so long, and has made a HUGE difference in my ability to enjoy my rides, especially the longer rides. The narrow nose gives me a similar feel as my original streamlined seat, especially when I am standing up on the pedals pumping, I have room to work, unlike more bulky cushion seats. And I have been very surprised at the durability. I have ridden for almost 4 years on this seat, and it still looks nearly new. I bought a second to keep for myself if ever needed. And I have given as a gift.

First impressions, this saddle seems ok.
I received my new saddle today, I ordered it Monday. I installed it in just a couple minutes. I use the rail mount system, I just took off the post mount adapter that came on the saddle. There are some that don't know this adapter comes off, it absolutely does come off and it's rather easy to remove as well. I almost didn't buy this product because of those reviews that stated it didn't fit into their rail mount systems. I sat on the saddle just to see what it felt like and noticed a huge difference between it and my WTB Comfort saddle. It is much softer and more comfortable. I took the bike out this evening for an 8 mile ride (I live in the country and I'm in the mountains of WV). My road has plenty of hills which vary in grade ( one section is about 6%) I do need to fine tune the seat to my body position still. I'm giving the saddle a 4 star rating for now until I get more time "in the saddle". I will update this product later, I just wanted to give my opinion on it now while it's still fresh in my mind. The shape of the saddle is nice and so is the material which looks like it will hold up for a while. The styling of the green stipes/piping is pretty stylish and goes very well with the color scheme of my bike. The cost is actually nice and will be even nicer if the saddle lasts for a long time. I was also able to mount my Topeak saddle bag to the underside of the saddle with ease as well. I'll be going on a long trail ride this Saturday so I can test this product on single track trails with some variety in the terrain and I have several other trips planned as well to test this saddle, so fingers crossed that it holds up.Update 9/21/2019: I've had this saddle now for several weeks and have ridden an assortment of trails ranging from flat gravel 2 tracks to very steep single track (green, blue, red, and black diamond trails). The longest ride was 21 miles with padded riding shorts. This saddle is ok overall. I did have issues with the plastic cover under the front of the saddle,it came loose and I had to tighten the small Phillips head screws to stop the noise. I do notice fatigue and some soreness in my bottom after about 10-12 miles. On single track trails the saddle does get in the way at times (I just had a dropper post I stalled yesterday and I'm waiting on a new cassette to be installed as well) I lower the saddle more than I would on long rides so that I can get behind it a little easier on seep down hills and going over obstacles. I know you get what you pay for and I also know this is not a saddle designed for single track. I got it because it seemed like it would be ok for several types of riding an it kind of is. It's something that a person has to get used to. I'll probable go back to my other saddle for single track riding though. If you are a lighter weight person this saddle might be just right for you on long rides. I'm 210 lbs and it just doesn't have enough cushion for longer rides in my opinion. I lowered the rating to a 3 star from a four because of these things. Like I said though, if you way less than 175 lbs it might be the perfect saddle for you. I have the original saddle that came with the bike but it was like riding on concrete and that's why I went with this saddle which is much better than the original one. I'll have to keep trying other products I guess so I can get in a 40 or 50 mile ride because this one just won't do it.

Very nice comfortable seat
This is a quality seat for not a lot of money. I was looking for a seat with more cushion as I get older but still enjoy a ride on my road bike. BUT I specifically needed a rail mount seat - and this one, as advertised, is a very easily convertible to a any rail mount bike. It comes with the post mount bracket installed, but that is quite easily removed. My review is tailored to people needing the rail mount feature as I see some reviews who didn't seem to understand how to quickly convert it.First recommendation - get rid of the tools that come with it! Nice touch, but unlike the seat, they are junk, and not really the correct sizes. All you need is a good 6mm Allen wrench and a true 1/2 inch box wrench. (See attached photos.) Possibly a large pliers or Channel lock style. (see pics)To remove the post mount bracket, use the 1/2 inch wrench to take the tightening bolt out of the bracket.Next, I used a Channel Lock pliers to simply squeeze the bracket together and it falls off the rails under the seat. You may be able to just slide it back where the rails are farther apart and it may come off just as easy. I'm impatient and had the tools handy on my workbench. Then take the seat to your bike and install it on the rail mount on your bike. You should already have your old seat off so you can see how your bike's system works.Last - Go for a comfortable ride!I highly recommend this seat as it's not so wide that you feel like it's cumbersome, but gives enough cushion and support compared to the competition style seats most road bikes come with. At 69, my old butt will be much happier now!

More cushion you seek? Take a peek!
I'm 38, and I haven't spent much time on a bicycle saddle since my early teens. I was excited to finally get back on the bike trails this summer after finding a reasonably-priced bicycle, but the saddle I brought home from the bike shop was like sitting on a brick. I quickly sought out something with suspension and a bit more cushion, and this seemed to fit the bill nicely. So far, I've had the saddle on my bicycle for a month and a half, and have ridden around 300 miles. This saddle offers a nice reprieve from average bumps you might experience on a casual ride (like those in bike trails from errant tree roots or cracks in the pavement). The padding is soft and comfortable but not so much that you lose your authority and "feel" for what's going on with your bicycle.Contrary to another review I read, this seat can be mounted either on a post or with the included rails. It comes pre-configured to go right atop a post. If you'd like to mount it with the rails, you'll need to remove the post mount. To do this, simply loosen and remove the post mount hardware, and then remove the post mount itself by squeezing it out from between the rails. I had to use a bench vice to accomplish this squeeze, so I took a star away from installation ease. I could see someone without access to larger tools having a hard time with this part.If I had to gripe about anything, it's that the upholstery is secured under the saddle with metal staples. Who knows if these staples are stainless steel or not โ my first thought was that they would get rusty from being exposed to the elements. I suppose time will tell on this one.Overall, the saddle has performed nicely, and allowed me to rediscover cycling in comfort.

It's pretty good.
It wasn't perfect, the rails were actually just a little too wide for my older Norco bike, but with a wrench and some squeezing I was able to set it properly. It is super comfy, more so than the original seat. Definitely makes longer rides nice for someone who has a boney butt. Would recommend.

Seems to be hit and miss
I love the look of this saddle and for the very brief time, I sat on it that it felt really lovely but what I did not notice is that the metal work on the saddle was bent. With the metal being bent it stops the saddle from being upright and overall not safe to ride. I wouldn't recommend it solely based on that but I imagine if you get one that isn't bent that it will be lovely.
