Works very well for my neck no longer feeling pain in neck.

It had great things about the shape but my head could not craddle in the middle. Pillow too small I thinkVery well made

The pillow has a distinct contour shape, with different zones designed to cradle the head and support the neck curve. The memory foam feels dense and supportive but still has enough give to be comfortable. The gray cover is soft and removable for washing. I did notice a slight cooling sensation from the foam itself, likely due to some cooling gel or breathable structure. It didn't have a strong chemical smell out of the package.Sleeping on it took a night or two to get used to, which is common with contoured pillows. I primarily sleep on my back and side, and the shape provides excellent alignment and support for my neck in both positions. I wake up with less neck stiffness than with my old pillow. The cooling aspect isn't like air conditioning, but it does seem to prevent that stuffy, overheated feeling you can get with some memory foam.I'm giving it four stars. It offers great ergonomic support, the memory foam is good quality, and the cooling feature is a subtle but nice bonus. I docked one star mainly because adapting to the specific shape takes a little time. But overall, it's a very comfortable and supportive pillow that has improved my sleep quality.

I was having issues with getting the proper support for my neck with my old pillow. I did try other pillows but they just didn't make a difference. I saw the reviews for this cervical pillow and gave it a try. So far, it is helping me sleep better with the neck support I was needing.

Great pillow

I wasn’t sure about the shape of the pillow, but after trying 6 different pillows, I opted to buy this one. I have to say, I haven’t had any neck problems since. I can actually sleep now and my arm doesn’t cramp up. I love how soft it is, but it’s supportive. And I was able to find satin pillow cases as well. Give it a try and keep an open mind!

I can’t believe how small this pillow came packaged but I followed the instructions and let it sit out for 24 hours and by the next morning it really had expanded back out. The cover unzips easy and washing it was a breeze but the stitch quality of the inside of the pillow once the cover is off is lacking. Lots of loose stitches and run off threading (see pics) and the cut out holes don’t line up properly on both sides of the pillow. However this pillow did offer good support and was comfortable to lay on. I just think for this price point the pillow should have a better build quality.
