GSI Outdoors - Halulite Boiler, The Perfect Packable Pot

Utterly impressed with this pot. It does NOT have a Non-Stick coating on it and doesn't need one. Here's why:I've had it about a week and have tested it with all the meals I'd never make with my ultralight Titanium & lightweight Stainless Steel pots that I use for camping.Hard Anodised Aluminium conducts heat far better than Ti or Stainless Steel and due to it being 'Hard Anodised', that makes it tough like Stainless Steel but also semi non-stick even without having to add any horrible teflon or ceramic coating.I've been cooking Porridge, 'One Pot' Beef & Potato Stew and even tried scrambling eggs. And this pot has coped with all of it. It's cleaned up so easily. No burned, scorched food on the base. As long as you keep the heat low and stir frequently, you'll be fine.I'm so impressed with this pot that I'm using it everyday at home now. It's not just reserved for camping.The handle is strong and locks the lid on solid. It's just a quality pot without a coating that I have to worry about chipping or cracking.Weight - 270 grams. Height - 13 cm. Width - 14 cm. Graduations in oz & ml (500ml, 1000, 1500ml).Quality!!

Went for the bigger pot size and glad I did.....paid a few £ more for the 1.8 litre and I’m really happy with it...so easy to use no sticking no messing about and it boils super fast....I use my jetboil stove with it at the moment but will get another burner probably a MSR pocket rocket 2....everything packs neatly into the pot....gas burner spork cup and cleaning cloth with room to spare....I’d really recommend this product it’s really lightweight and really well madenice one GSI outdoors 👍🏻

Great bit of kit, good size pot and the catch on the handle to fold it is solid.

I was in the market for an all in one lightweight cook system that could also nest everything inside. I first went with the new MSR duo cookset, but found the pot extremely difficult to handle (the insulator strip sucks) and the lid didn't stay secure. The Halulite boiler far exceeded my expectations. The handle secures everything for safe transport, the pot heats water quickly, cleans easily, the handle is not flimsy or loose making the pouring of boiling water safe, and it nests my 230g fuel, MSR pocket rocket, folding mug, collapsible spork and a towel. All while remaining extremely light. Awesome product!

Perfekter Reisebegleiter für uns. Sehr leicht und stabil. Sicherlich ein etwas hörerer Preis, der mich auch lange zögern lassen hat. Wir haben zwei Stück davon. Verpackung im Netz ist super.

I gave it 4 stars in durability because I have not had the set but a few months. I will update later. But the set is much lighter than my old stainless steel. I have not cooked on a campfire. I use a small propane burner. The size is good for 2 or 3 adults and clean up is so much easier. Sponge with a green scrubby side and some soap and warm water. I have 5 trips on this set and some home cooking... just for fun.

Ich besitze den Topf inzwischen mehrfach und nutze sie schon sehr lange. Der Topf ist sehr langlebig und eine Investition die sich lohnt. Leicht, gut erhitzbar, gut verstaubar... alle Erwartungen erfüllt.
