I'll keep taking them for sure
Ok, these gummies taste really good! And they are easy to chew and even if I eat them on an empty stomach, it doesn't bother me like some vitamins do. I haven't taken them for quite long enough to see a dramatic change, but based on the level of biotin they contain, I fully expect them to work - and they are a great price for the quantity when you compare to drug stores. I was pleased to see they were made in the US. And did I mention they taste really good? lol

It’s less expensive than those brands that boast of success. However, after trying multiple gummies, thesework better than any other. Much less breakage = more hair. These truly work!

5,000 MCG’s of Biotin for your hair in gummy form
For the past decade or so that I’ve been working out I noticed that more and more different types of vitamins for different things started to flood the shelves at the vitamin stores I would frequent. Among one of these things as of late were multivitamins specifically aimed at hair health. I of course started adding these onto my supplement list as well. The brand I originally used was Aphogee which was a pill. It did not taste good but it had solid ingredients. The other hair vitamin option was one my dermatologist recommended or rather should I say sold at their office that he recommended I try was Nutrafoil which was rather pricey.I take pretty good care of my hair but hair vitamins like everything else don’t seem like a bad idea depending on your budget. Being a person already into health and fitness I suppose I ordered the Rosabella Hair vitamins to try out of curiosity. This supplement is in the form of gummies and is shaped like gummy bears. It is advised to take 2 a day. The smell of the gummies is fruity and the taste is somewhat like a berry flavored fruit roll up. It’s almost like a candy treat but it’s a vitamin. So what’s in this stuff well the list has quite a few ingredients as a multivitamin but mainly they’re very very small doses called micro-doses or mcg which seems to be a trend with some brands of multivitamins. The best thing to take away is that this has 5,000 MCG’s of Biotin.I would look at this supplement as a biotin gummy with some minute portions of other vitamins thrown in the mix. The second highest portion is B-12 at 6mcg which typically isn’t that much.A lot of the portions on here are based on daily percentage value and they’re reaching it but people tend to buy vitamins because they want larger portions than just a micro dose. This is why I stress this product is better viewed as a 5000 mcg Biotin supplement because that’s what it seems to focus on the most. Granted these numbers are split between 2 gummies. As for the vitamins effectiveness as with any vitamin there’s no real way of telling. The only way to know what your body needs or lacks is with bloodwork. Taking supplements is just good insurance if you know you’re not getting these vitamins naturally through your diet.If you like the idea of adding biotin to your list than yes this is a good option as it won’t hurt. To me this was an average multivitamin gummy with a concentration on Biotin. Now for the questionable part about this product that I didn’t like. The bottle has USA flags all over it as though it’s made in the USA but it never states where it’s made. It notes that it’s 3rd party tested on the USA (whatever that means). It says that it’s bottled in the USA and it has a US address that it distributed by but it does not advise of where the ingredients are manufactured. This is something I worry about when I buy supplements because supplements are not regulated by the FDA. Products manufactured over seas might have different standards and sometimes if there is product contamination or a recall you might never know if the country of origin is unknown. For any product that I use I always check to make sure that where it’s manufactured is on the bottle because that is important. Not where is tested, bottled or shipped from but where it’s sourced from. It’s misleading to use USA flags on a product that’s not actually manufactured in the United States. The unsuspecting would assume it’s a Made in USA product when it’s not.So overall with that being known I can only give my insight that this is a decent Biotin supplement with some very minor additional vitamins added to it. If you don’t like pills and want a sweet gummy than this should suffice as long as you’re okay with the manufacturing origins.I will also note that the gummies have 3grams of sugar added. Per 2 pieces according to the list. I’ve noticed some gummy makers add sugar some use substitutes so if you’re trying to eliminate sugar from your diet for health of fitness reasons this product does contain sugar.

Seems pretty good overall.
These gummies come well packaged and they are easy to chew and swallow. They don't clump together like some gummy vitamins do, so that's a plus. So far, I haven't noticed any negative effects from using them daily. I haven't noticed much difference in my hair either though, but the jury is out on that I guess. I'll update if I do take note of anything. The taste of these is not my favorite. It's not awful by any means, just not great in my opinion. I don't have much else negative or positive to say about them. Seems to be a pretty good product overall.
