This is great deodorant. Lume products do what they say they do. They do smell a little funny when you first apply them but I find that scent wears off quickly. I have tried many other products but none of them work like this does. It is also a little dry and difficult to apply but I will still use this product because it really does stop all odor like nothing else has that I have tried. Lasts all day too. I don’t even care how much it costs. It doesn’t irritate my skin at all. When you find a product that works you stick with it and I have found one with this deodorant.

This product definitely performs as advertised but it’s a little bit hard to rub onto your skin. This is thicker than the first deodorant I used from Lume. It does remove both sweat and smell for 72 hours.

A friend recommended the brand to me a little while ago and I’ve been pleasantly surprised. This actually lasts all day for me (which is unheard of unless I use men’s deodorant.) It works really well; and, while it was my bad for chowing a scent I’m not a huge fan of generally speaking, the scent last for a long while too.

I started using Lume when I started having to have more frequent hospital stays. It became so helpful to have Lume products when I had both knees replaced and showering is limited. When I have a hospital stay I make sure I bath in the Lume acidified soap/bodywash, pack Lume wipes to keep certain areas feel fresh and clean. I also pack the Lume whole body cream and of course the Lume deodorant plus sweat control smooth solid. These items help me feel free and not worrying if I stink because of not being able to take a shower after surgery. The wipes help with cleaning and keeping the areas clean and fresh after every bathroom use. If I can't take a shower at the wipes and body creme can help me feel as if I freshen up. These products alone or together help keep you fresh smelling for several days. I would say 3-5 days depending on how often you are using wipes and the body cream if you can't use the body wash. Can't decide on which scent you want to buy ... Choose sample packs to try out the different scents.

Deodorant has a chemical smell to it. I ordered Tangerine, but only smell chemicals. Many hours after putting on the Deodorant I kept smelling this chemical smell. I walked around trying to find the origin of the odor. It was me, the Deodorant I was wearing. The antiperspirant/ Deodorant works as expected, but the odor. Lume you can do better.

Best lume yet. The scent has greatly improved and the added sweat control really does make this effective for the 72 hours advertised. Usually it works for 24-48 hours for me only. I’m really passionate on my daughter staying away from harsh chemicals and this is the brand I trust

I love the Lumé brand. Ever since I made the switch I’ve noticed that I get the same quality and effectiveness as other well known brands but with less harmful ingredients. I’ve used both the original and the sweat control deodorants. I haven’t noticed any skin irritation and the wear time is long lasting. I purchased the Soft Powder scent and it smells good and not over powering at all. I definitely love that I get two for the price of one which is a deal! The only down side to the New Sweat Control one is that the initial application is less smooth compared to the Original Whole Body Deodorant(which is more of a creamy texture). However if you are a person that sweats excessively, I would strongly encourage you to give this a try. It’s worth it.
