My husband loves these as a base layer for warmth and as a light sleeping weight.

Not worth the extra price unless natural preferred over synthetic
Comfortable but, per my husband, not worth the price over 'satin' pajamas that feel the same. Also, they don't have a fly. Silk, however, is a natural material v. synthetic if that matters more to you.
