Excellent bench at over $100 cheaper than the competitor's model
I was about to buy the Rep Fitness AB-3000 FID, but came across someone mentioning the Akonza bench on another review site. I was able to get the last available model from the supplier, and I'm very pleased with my purchase. It is a solid bench and provides great support whether you're doing shoulder presses or decline bench press. The cushions are firm but comfortable. It will be getting lots of use.Yes, the instructions are terrible. The bolt descriptions are useless, so I went through a process of deduction by fitting them loosely and working out if I'd chosen correctly. All in, it took me just over an hour to complete. The trickiest bolts are the ones under the seat once you have the frame assembled as they are hard to access. The box contained a ton of tiny metal spheres that must have come from the welding process. They were inside the box and the main frame support and got all over the floor.I didn't deduct and stars because the bench is everything I wanted, at a bargain price compared to the competitive product, and I think we're all used to poor instruction manuals on anything we buy from China.

Great workout bench
The only criticism is that the assembly instructions are terrible. Please improve them. My husband and I figured it out but it was not easy to do. Very heavy duty bench. Definitely took two people to assemble. Works well. Wheels make it easy to move even though very heavy.

Save money over Rep Fitness AB-3000
Same thing happened as another reviewer stated. I was just about set to buy the Rep Fitness AB-3000 hut came across a comment pointing to this bench being basically the same blueprint but $100 cheaper. I like it and have no regrets. It wasn’t that bad to assemble but I have a cordless ratchet, sockets and wrenches. I zipped it together in about 45 minutes. Instructions are not that bad, bolts are all given a number that you match up with it’s size and it also has a metric ruler printed on the directions.Anyways - it is very thick sturdy steel. Definitely recommend!

Great Bench
I usually don't leave reviews, but this bench is a great value. The bench is at a good height where you can still drive with your heels. This bench is built like a tank.

Worth the money.......
Awesome. It feels super solid. Wort the money. Easy to move with the wheels. Slides easy on carpet too.
