It actually mad my stomach worse. Stopped taking it and my stomach fells better already. This is not good.

11 in 1 softgel, smell is faint of herbs. Soft gel is on the larger side so may be hard to swallow for some. 60 soft gels per bottle, suggested use is 2 per day so this is a 30 day supply. So far I am pleased with the product!

I got this supplement to help control yeast in the gut. I personally feel good about the ingredients help to control the flora. No taste, no stomach upset.

This didn't work as a candida cleanse for me, or was too gentle for my needs, I am not sure which. I was hoping to do a New Years' detox and hopefully eliminate sugar cravings and some light psoriasis on scalp and upper torso areas. The good news at least is this didn't give me any detox symptoms you hear about like fatigue or a headache. But it didn't do anything positive for me either for taking an entire bottle.I eat a clean diet and I am in good shape. I will try a standalone caprylic acid supplement instead.
