Does it’s job but the fabric that was holding the insulation in ripped, so now the insulation shows. Oh well, I guess you get what you pay for!

This bag is the perfect combination of sturdy enough to hold food level and retain its shape, while having enough and give to accommodate plates and the trays that are slightly larger or arranged in a way that requires some flexibility. The only thing I would change would be the addition of a shoulder strap, however, this bag is so great on all other counts that it is not a big enough deal to remove a star. It is 100% worth the money.

This is such a great cooler bag. I do grocery deliveries and this bag is big enough to hold quite a few bags of cold/frozen items. It can perfectly hold 3 average brown paper grocery bags from places like Whole Foods and Trader Joes. I use this both personally and professionally and this is a strong and durable product that I know will last a while. Very well made. May even wind up buying a second.

I have probably bought more than 50 coolers in my life. This is my absolute FAVORITE.It keeps grocery items cold for hours even in Florida's summer 90 degree+ heat. It is well made. The zipper is heavy duty and it's easy to open and close. The nylon reinforced handle and strap should last forever. Its really big and holds all the groceries from our shopping trips. And its folds and stores out of the way in our trunk. I love it.

Nice for food deliveries but it folds in on itself a lot, meaning it’s doesnt hold a real shape leaving room for things to sag and get tossed around inside.

I ordered these because I started a home business cooking home cooked meals for customers. I was using coolers to keep the food warm as I delivered but it was not the best situation. I found these cases and they have worked out perfectly. They are big enough to hold 4 full sized steam pans or 12 1/3 sized pans that I mostly use. The keep my entrees perfectly organized and warm.

Fantastic bag!! Bought a food delivery bag that didn't have the aluminum lining like this one and my catering pans melted it. This one is very durable, high quality, and very good looking! I will be purchasing more for sure! Also, other bags come with a terrible odor and this one didn't at all! Great product! Thank you!

Definitely nice for my catering orders! Does not have a bottom so it’s not a flat surface when carrying though. That reason is why I gave it a 3*
