Horrible packaging , item is super light weight and very cheap plastic. The head is not even rubber it’s like thin plastic material . Bag it came in was cheap and the speeds were tooo loud!

It’s just okay. Does not massage my muscles like I thought it would. I was hoping for it to help relieve the tension in my neck and shoulders but just not powerful enough. Also, if you put too much pressure on it, it will stop massaging.

Works but not as good as a real Hitachi

The head isn’t made to withstand flexing. It will literally break off if you put too much pressure or press in to get deeper muscles. Expected more but seems this is a common issue

I was surprised how good it felt. It has plenty of pressure and never digs into my backbone like some older massagers of other brands did. It can be a bit touchy when using it at the neck - it may be a little bit strong, in which case you can put a towel on your neck first to soften the massage. It's small enough to move to different parts of your back.

Having used several handheld massagers in the past I must say this is an absolutely amazing product.The massager is easy to use and definitely hold up to their promise. Every mode deliver a different experience. The massager has a new experience and left me quite relaxed. All in all a great product. Highly recommended !

Love this massager! It comes with many different speeds options that customize for the perfect massage experience.This is wonderful as a post workout and long car ride irritated area massager. I highly recommend this massager!!!
