I needed more baking powder, and when i went to our local grocery store, all i saw on the shelf was that each product contained Aluminum- very bad for us all !! So, of course, i looked on Amazon, and guess what, they’ve got it - from Whole Foods no less, and it was very reasonably priced ! When using it, the powder is fluffy , not caked up - it works well in the muffins i bake- great ! I’m glad i got it !Cheers to you bakers out there, as well as brave souls who make your own pancakes, etc- GOOD for you !! Cheers !

This is the best buy for non-aluminum baking powder! Works great and I feel safe eating it!

This 365 by Whole Foods Market, Baking Powder Aluminum Free, 10 Ounce is my go-to baking powder. I feel good that it does not contain aluminum. It rises perfectly, has a pleasant taste, and a good sealing cap. I have had no problem with its longevity on the shelf either.

Standard baking powder. Works as described. I purchased this one because it says it is aluminum free and that is what we were looking for.!

This baking powder works exactly as expected, providing great rise and texture to my cakes, muffins, and pancakes. It’s aluminum-free, which is a big plus for me since it doesn’t leave a metallic aftertaste. The packaging seals well, keeping it fresh for multiple uses. However, I wish it came in a resealable bag instead of a can, as it can be a bit messy to scoop out. Despite that, it’s a great quality product at a fair price. If you love baking, this is a must-have in your pantry. I’d definitely buy it again.

This baking powder works great. I wish the top was made better so it would seal better. After a few uses mine bent and I struggled getting it to reseal well. The rise on all of my baked products has been normal. I bought it specifically because it was aluminum free.
