WeberRoasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning, 8.5 Ounce Shaker

This is my go to, do all, fix all spice. Weber markets a lot of these spices, if you check at your local Mart you will always find this one sold out.A good shake of Weber will improve almost anything like store brand canned soup for example. I am pretty much a "utility" cook -- if I don't want to starve I need to cook something. If you have actual cooking skills you can probably apply this with a more deft hand and achieve even better results.

My wife loves to cook with alot of garlic. I bought this to see how it was. Was pleasantly surprised to find that it really adds alot of great flavor to the foods. I really havent found any Weber products that are bad actually. I dont like to use just plain salt and pepper.. I like to experiment a bit and when you do use this its not too strong. To me there is nothing worse then someone saying oh that spice is really great.. and then when they use it they tend to over use it and then you cant get the spice off the food! This spice is just right.. not overbearing. Love it.

I use this all the time - and was at a loss when my local store stopped carrying it. I make all my own soups, and this is a great addition not only to the soups themselves, but also to bouillon (which I use in place of stock because I'm lazy - this stuff gives it a bit more depth and complexity). Great on grilled meats, in casseroles - not many things a sprinkle of this won't improve.I've tried other similar products like Mc Cormick - Grill Mates - Roasted Garlic and Herb and they don't come close to adding the same flavor.

This spice 7.5 ounces of pure delight. I season meat, vegetables, and fresh fruit with amazing flavor. This is not available in most grocery stores. Nothing artificial in the spice mix. You MUST try this!! MUCH more reasonable price from Amazon.

I love this product. Plenty of garlic and flavor. It's not organic, but does seem to be a fairly clean product. I use it in soup, on hamburgers, steaks, and more, in my dog's food to give him extra garlic and herbs, he love it to. it does not make things to salty, matter of fact it is extremely mild on the salt end, which give me the choice for any added salt. this reason also makes it good for soups that are already salty, it adds almost nothing, salt wise.

This season is great on anything. I just made some brussel sprouts with olive oil and this seasoning then drizzled a honey balsamic glaze on them when I served them. They were delicious. I'm buying two more today.Update: I have shared this with several of my friends, they love it and buy it as well.
