I bought this Eustachian Tube Unclogger after dealing with ear pressure issues during flights. It’s straight forward to use—no complicated instructions needed. I noticed relief within a few minutes, and the gentle pressure adjustment didn’t cause any discomfort.

Easy to use but unfortunately it didn't work for me.

Unfortunately, this is a product that has no effect at all. My condition has not been relieved. It is a waste of money.

If you're on a budget, there's a trick. Plug your nose, close your mouth, and gently but firmly exhale. It does the same thing as this BUT what this does is delivers a more constant stream of air. It's gentle enough you're not going to explode your head, easy to use, and works. The value proposition really depends on how often you experience ear or similar pain where a device like this helps. If often enough, this may be great!

This device is effective and simple to use. Clearing the discomfort and reliving as excepted. It has 2 modes to choose depends on our comfort. Instead of going for medication frequently it is a good solution. It is small to carry ever and use without any harm.

Its packaging and product quality looks good.I have had fluid in both of my inner ears for quite awhile now, so I thought I would give this a try to get rid of that pesky crackle! This device did absolutely nothing for me! It’s possible my device was defective (but I doubt it) but it just blows so little air into your nostril that it is pretty much useless. It didn’t clear out my sinuses or unblock my Eustachian tubes, that’s for sure! The only good thing about it is that the product packaging looks good

I gave this a try since one of my ears likes to be plugged. It helped me a little, but not a ton. Hubs however has been dealing with tinnitus and is a huge fan of this handy tool. It's really helped bring down the ringing tone for him and he's been recommending it to others as often as he can. It's very simple to use and has brought him so much relief!

Having experienced ear blockages from my military flying I see a great benefit from this device. My wife had for a couple months complained about blockages/hearing loss. Although she couldn't Valvesalva this opened her Ear tubes.
