Life in Old Japan Coloring Book (Dover World History Coloring Books)

Excellent Dover coloring book! I own over 30 Dover coloring books because they are tops in my book! Life in Old Japan is no exception! Great pictures to color and fun to learn new things!

Got as a gift for a friend who likes all things Japanese. He's a 6th degree Black Belt in Karate.

My 14 year old nephew is fascinated with everything about ancient Japan and he loved these historically accurate representations. This coloring book is a great teaching tool as well as a gift for people interested in Japanese culture. Adults will enjoy the detailed and lifelike coloring pages.

This was given as a gift to an eleven year old with a keen interest in Japanese history and culture. So far she seems to be enjoying her gift, however she has stated that she finds the faces of the children to be "rather mature".

We are using this in summer school and really enjoy it. Note, the dates covered are 1700s-1800s.

This has some very nice images of Old Japan and how they lived back in those times.

These books are great for kids and adults. Learning is fun while memorizing a caption and coloring in a picture.

This is more like an encyclopedia entry with it's tiny pictures made black and white so they can be colored in; the images are definitely NOT what I consider colouring book quality (large, easy to colour, not overly busy or cramped, etc.).
