My mom uses this to prevent sitting sores and it is helping better than anything we have tried.

Good concept, but falls short by being too small. I'm by no means skinny, but only a size 40 and my average size but is too big for this. A few inches larger would have earned 5 stars.

I should have read reviews before I bought this pad. I have seen better seat pads at BB&B out for Christmas! I was sold on this because it said it would fit in office chair. The other pads are too wide for a office chair and did not fit well in space. So I ordered this and have had it since September 2018. The gel is not very thick at all, I can feel the wood seat, it is so small it is lost in the chair. It is more expensive than one I can now purchase at BB&B. The shipping was slow also, I had forgot about it before it finally showed up.

This SUCKED for anything. Too thin too small even for a child. What a rip off.

This cushion does prevent the nasty pains I was having with my old 'regular' pad. However, it really should be thicker in order to be more comfortable. I think it would remain in place better if it were not such a thin item.

Then this may be the product for you, I declined the test, all my eggs are thicker than this cushion is. If you don't have a need to sit on raw eggs then you want to look elsewhere for a cushion. I can't begin to describe how disappointed I am in this product. It is much smaller than it appears on their product pictures.
