This stuff Kicks Ass not just for working out but for day to day as well!This doesnt give you jitters! Most preworkout is a massive hit of caffeine that sets your heart racing. This absolutely doesn't! The neutropics just make workingout at your best easy.I also use these at the start of my work day. I have adhd and these just clear the brain fog with ease.
