The product described and the image on the box received clearly does not match the actual product received. It seems like the company did not have any of the actual product in stock so the slipped something similar inside the box. These trays will fit into the dehydrator but they have to be placed on top of the original trays as they will not fit with the original trays on top. Plus, they are not the same color or material as the the originals. I will try and make this work and hopefully being easy to clean but if you have any level of OCD, I’d recommend buying elsewhere...I do know that it will annoy me from time to time that the trays do not match.

I still have to figure out at what stage it's perfectly done for me but in general I love this product. Not noisy, works very well. My son got his, then I got mine plus extra trays and roll-up trays and ordered one for my daughter for grandkids healthy snacks in school.

These are the exact same that come with the Salton dehydrator itself, and fit & function the exact same way. They are dishwasher safe and fit right in with the rest of them. The price is completely fair and it’s really helpful to add extra layers to the dehydrator itself. I will be doing the next batch of apples with all 9.

My previous trays were transparent, but in replacing the same size tray, I thought I'd mix it up a little with the blueish coloured trays............they fit, but it takes a little fiddling to get them just right, but most important is "They work" and much better than replacing the whole unit. I recommend these trays to replace or add trays to your Dehydration unit.*I will try the clear trays next time to see if it makes a difference.

Bought these to expand our DH1246 dehydrator. These trays do NOT fit properly, although they are indicated as compatible. They only fit on top of the older trays, but then the lid does not fit. We did have a happy ending however. Contacted Salton directly, they gave us some additional trays and a new lid to fit the new ones. So we can stack the new model trays on top of the old, and use the new lid.
