Received a really good quality steam vaporizer. Value for money in winter if we have bloked nose. I can also use during face massage to open up the pores. 3 attachment provided in the package for face and nose and one for general steam. Must be handled carefully if you have children around.

Worst product ever as it is the first time I tried using it but it's not working there is no steam coming out due to the wire problem inside one is getting charge the other is not getting charged. Literally a bad experience.

Update: From 1 star to 5 starsAt first, I was really disappointed because the steamer didn’t create much steam. I had used drinking water. This time, I tried using tap water and added a spoon of salt—and it worked like magic! It started making strong steam in less than a minute. Big difference. Now I’m very happy with it.
