I have bought and installed 3 of these now. It is super easy to install and to work. On my first one I needed to be walked through some of the programming. I emailed the tech support and he was very responsive. Did a remote takeover of my laptop and showed me how to do it all. I couldn't be happier. Great product and great seller.The profit margin on this is great, I charged a client $1500 to install this on an apartment building, it is tough enough to handle the public building install and cheap enough to make alot of money on. Not too complicated to install. must know how to solder to put this together. Costumer supports is great. I’ve had to contact them a couple of times with question and answered all my questions

Update Dec 1, 2023:Just installed 3 more of these and they work like a charm in a condo with 475 users. One unit is installed in the pool, one in the laundry room, and third one is in their bike room. Access is easily controlled through the software, installed on a laptop or PC that is on the same network as the controller units. I also use the app when I go on the property and I need access to those rooms but I don't have my fob with me. The person who complains that the system brakes or is not working must not know what they're doing because the first two systems I installed almost 3 years ago are still working solid with no issues whatsoever...Original review_________________________I have installed 2 of these and looking to do another installation soon and I can tell you that this system is pretty good. The hardware is pretty sturdy and software is pretty reliable. Phone app could be improved and remote access via web for full control of users and functionality would be nice to have, however for what you pay for it, this is a decent access control system.

This system works exactly how it says it would. Easy install, easy software to use to when scanning the new fobs.I installed is system for my gym I own to which is now 24hrs. For the price compared to other brand it can’t be beat. It allows you to pick and choose who has access when they have access and etc.I am beyond impressed with the system for the price if it. For anyone looking for a good system for a good price for any keyless entry. This is the product you want.

I have now put 2 of these access control locks in both of our commercial spaces and I can't not rave about them anymore. I initially got a quote from a locksmith for something in the range of $5k to install something that was inferior to this product. This product literally has all the functionality you could even need. Such includes:- Timer for when the door is automatically locked and not locked- Keyfabs- when you can restrict access during certain days and hours- Pin card so that individuals who don't have a keyfab/card can still access the space- Attendance reports (with clocking in and out. I don't use this, but I could see how some businesses would want this)- Easy access control for providing people with access extremely quickly. We needed to give 100+ people access to the space and I was able to do this in literally 3-4 minutes just with swiping the lock and then uploading.In addition, I had some user errors that I was unable to figure out myself. The support from Chen was terrific. They helped me figure out what was wrong and gave me additional tips. For the price of a standard commercial lock you get so much more. I can't rave about this product anymore.

The media could not be loaded.  Easy installed , great customer service very helpful. Has all the functions I need for a 24h fitness studio .

We installed this door access system a week ago in our unstaffed commercial gym. It has been great so far.-My husband who is pretty handy but by no means an electrician was able to install the lock.-I was able to program it using the software with some help from tech support. I am OK on the computer, not a wiz, but with tech support I feel comfortable with the software. And support is FAST and THOUROUGH!-We are using is primarily with keycodes, rather than cards for scanned entry. Each member has their own code and we can track what times they accessed the gym.-We have a Reolink camera system installed. Anytime I get the message "denied access" I can view the cameras to see who was trying to get in (our daypass code changes often).-It takes a little bit of involvement on my end compared to some of the fancy gym software/access systems that are out there.*But for the price this system is AMAZING!!*

I have bought 2 of these, a 1 door and a 4 door system for separate buildings. These are amazing units for the price - easily equal to that of the larger commercial systems I've replaced with them. These are also ideal for large subnet/vlan/vpn'd networks, even knowing mine are used at different locations I was able to easily make it work across the vpn to one piece of software and share the door cards.The support is amazing - Every question I have asked have been thoroughly answered with an amazing turn around time.Highly Recommend the product and the seller!

We bought this for our coworking space and love it! Excellent price and the quality and quantity of instructional materials are outstanding AND if you have any questions the company responds so quickly and even made a video just for our question! Would recommend and are looking at buying more for other doors in our space!! Highly recommend!

Very easy setup and configuration,and very effective , flexible.

Take around 2 hours to have a ready working.The program is a little tricky but after a few mins work well.Have videos and doc that you can download before starting the installation.
